The vacation accommodation is located in the center of wimereux to 200m of the beach and 300m of the shops in a small residence arranged in a villa typically “wimereusienne”.

Our lodging is accomodated to 2 people with a livable surface of 38 m2, it is made up of 2 rooms at the 1st floor.

Principal part:  living room agreeably decorated, equipped with TV, settee where you will pass pleasant evenings. Parlour games, books and tourist documentation are at your disposal. Cook's corner entirely equipped (hotplate, refrigerator, furnace, microwave, coffee machine and pressure-cooker…), balcony seen sea and river

Room with a bed 140 X 190, wardrobe,bedsides and seen river.

Bathroom with shower, wash-hand basin, washing machine.

Separate WC.  

All the parts are equipped with electric heating.

A garage for a car, bicycles or surfings is available.

Tariff :

The hiring is calculated on the basis of one week, of Saturday starting from 4 p.m. at Saturday following before 10 a.m.

The weekend or mid-week (only out tourist season and following availabilities) is rented with arrival with 4p.m. and departure to 6 p.m.

Are understood in our tariff:

• Rental loads (water, gas, electricity 8 kWh/day)
• The visitor's tax.
• Garage

Are not included in our tariff:

• Household: a fixed price of 20 € will be required, if you do not wish to do it before your departure,  
• Towel of bathroom, 
• Rental loads (electricity: 0,15 € /kWh beyond 8 kWh/day for the period October at May,

·         Option: Bed sheets and bed made at arrival: 10 €.

The reservation will be effective only after payment of an installment of 25% of the total amount of the hiring, the balance being to regulate on your arrival in the lodging.

THE SITE OF THE “2 CAPS”Y: In the medium of the floods, “caps blanc nez et gris nez” frame a wild and protected littoral allowing a sight on English cliffs and the coast. 

WISSANT: between the 2 caps: the largest bay of the area: beach, excursions, veil, tank with veil, speedsail, surfing in any kind (windsurf, kitesurf).

BOULOGNE SUR MER: market with shouted, pleasure and fishing ports, center National Sea : Nausicaa Y , Hélicéa and old city surrounded of rampartsY.
